Est. 18??

Mr. Conrad Rose was the founder of the Wenatchee Produce Company and the first of the cash fruit brokers in the Wenatchee area. In 1902 Mr. Rose built his packing warehouse & storage building that has been transformed into The Side Street. Our historic stone block structure is the oldest surviving business building in Cashmere &

In it's past the Wenatchee Produce building did more than just store & package fruit. They served the community and peddled hay, grain, coal, sleds & sleighs, Mitchel farm wagons and later down the line, Maytag washing machines & Studebaker autos.

Tie in something about what we are doing . how the building has brought the community together over the yearsssssss
& more history from museum guy
fluff it up haha
